About Dice Desk
A brass desk lamp lights a square of green baize, and two translucent ruby dice tumble across it. Dice Desk asks one question per round: what will the two dice add up to?
You can call under 7, exactly 7 or over 7, or you can pick a single total from 2 to 12. The maths of two dice decides the pay: 7 is the most common total, turning up in six of the 36 possible combinations, while 2 and 12 each need one exact pair. So under and over pay modestly, exactly 7 pays more, and a single total pays according to how rarely it rolls, all set out in the game's pay table.
Each press rolls once. There is no streak tracking and no history that alters the next roll: every throw is fresh and random. It is a neat little game for understanding probability, and nothing more serious than that.
Like every game at the Bureau, Dice Desk is free to play and runs entirely in your browser. Results come from your browser's cryptographic random number generator, the paytable is published in the dossier, and a return below your stake is shown as what it is: part of the stake back, not a win. How games work.
Gaming Bureau is a free-to-play social casino for adults. Games are played for Stamps, which have no cash value. There is no real money and nothing to buy.
