Privacy notice
Gaming Bureau is built to know as little about you as possible. Your account lives in your own browser; we only receive what you choose to send us.

01Who is responsible
Gaming Bureau (gamingbureau.co.uk) is operated by Abdikhalilova Digital LLC, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, state registration no. 31284957, INN 02847202310158, registered office 74 Manas Street, Jalal-Abad 715600, Kyrgyzstan. The operator is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For anything about your data, write to privacy@gamingbureau.co.uk.
02Your Bureau ID stays on your device
When you create a Bureau ID, everything it holds — your email address, Bureau name, date of birth, country confirmation, Stamps, levels, Passport, history, pins, reminders and breaks — is written to your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Your password and recovery code are stored only as salted PBKDF2-SHA-256 hashes, so even someone with access to your device cannot read them back.
Because we never receive this data, we cannot see it, correct it or delete it for you; you can download or delete it yourself from the Your data section of your desk, or by clearing your browser's site data.
03Messages you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you give us. We use it only to answer you (lawful basis: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us). Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends and then deleted. The form also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour to stop abuse.
04Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider records technical information about each request — IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser's user-agent string — to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for up to 30 days. We do not use them to profile you, and the site serves exactly the same content to every visitor.
05What we do not do
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or third-party trackers. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. We do not send marketing email. We do not take card or bank details — there is nothing to pay for.
07Where data is kept
The site is hosted in the United Kingdom. Our operator, Abdikhalilova Digital LLC, is based in the Kyrgyz Republic, so contact messages and the emails you send us are read by our team there. The UK has not made an adequacy decision for Kyrgyzstan, so we protect these transfers with the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Accounts are not transferred anywhere: they never leave your browser.
08Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. We will reply within one month. For data held only on your device, use the tools on your desk.
09Children
Gaming Bureau is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to privacy@gamingbureau.co.uk and we will delete it.
10Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at privacy@gamingbureau.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and change the date at the top. For details of what is stored in your browser and why, see the cookie policy.
