In these terms "we", "us" and "the Bureau" mean the operator of Gaming Bureau, and "you" means the person using the site.
Gaming Bureau is a free-to-play social casino. It is a source of entertainment only. We are not a gambling operator, we do not accept real-money stakes, and we do not offer, advertise or link to real-money gambling.
You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to use Gaming Bureau. We ask you to confirm your age when you first visit, and we ask for your date of birth and country of residence when you create a Bureau ID. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

Members play with Stamps; visitors play in demo mode with practice credits. Both are a play currency with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person, exchanged for money, goods or services, or withdrawn in any form. There are no in-app purchases and no prizes of monetary value.
Stamps are handed out free: as welcome Stamps when you join, as level gifts, from the Mailroom and as a top-up when your balance runs low. We may change the amounts we hand out in future; the amounts that apply are those shown on the site at the time.
Demo credits exist only in the open browser tab and are not saved.
A Bureau ID is stored only in the browser on the device where you created it. We do not keep a copy on our servers, so we cannot see, restore or transfer it. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe. If you lose both, the account cannot be opened again; if you clear your browser's data, the account is deleted.

Every game at Gaming Bureau is an original made for the site. Results are produced by the cryptographic random number generator in your browser and follow the paytable published in each game's dossier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can delete your Bureau ID at any time from the Your data section of your desk. We may stop providing the site, or parts of it, at any time; because your account is stored on your device, you can download a copy of its data from your desk before then.
