The Mailroom: Stamps on the house

Four things wait here for every member, and none of them can be bought. Rewards rest for a while after you collect them and come back on their own — no deadlines, no streaks, nothing to chase.

The Mailroom is part of a free Bureau ID. Visitors can play every game in demo mode; members collect from the Mailroom with their Stamps. Join free or sign in.

The Dial

Turn it when it is ready and collect between 500 and 5,000 Stamps, plus your clearance boost. Every segment is a reward; there are no empty ones.

Sealed Envelopes

Pick one of three envelopes. Each holds 1,000, 2,000 or 4,000 Stamps. Only the one you open is shown.

The Passport

Every 20 rounds add a stamp. Twelve stamps fill a page, and a full page releases a fixed 6,000 Stamps plus your clearance boost.

Memos

Three small tasks on your desk at a time, each with a fixed reward. When you collect one, a new memo takes its place. Memos never expire.

How the Mailroom works

The Mailroom is the Bureau's way of keeping Stamps flowing without selling anything. Members collect from four sources. The Dial and the Sealed Envelopes rest for a few hours after you use them and quietly become ready again; we never show a countdown and you lose nothing by staying away. The Passport fills as you play — one stamp for every 20 rounds — and every full page releases a fixed amount that is printed in advance. Memos are small tasks with a set reward and no deadline.

Your clearance adds a loyalty boost to what you collect here: 5% at Jade, 10% at Cobalt, 15% at Garnet and 20% at Onyx. The boost applies to Mailroom rewards only. It never changes the way a game behaves or the chance of any result. Stamps have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged.

If your Stamps run low — below 500 — your desk offers a free top-up of 5,000 Stamps. Running low is a good moment to ask whether you still feel like playing.

Mailroom questions

Can I buy anything in the Mailroom?

No. Nothing at Gaming Bureau is for sale. Everything in the Mailroom is free for members and has no cash value.

How often can I turn the Dial?

The Dial rests for a few hours after you turn it and is ready again on its own. There is no streak to keep and nothing is lost if you stay away.

What is in the other envelopes?

We do not show them. You open one envelope, you get what is inside, and the other two go back in the rack unopened.

How do Passport pages fill?

Every 20 rounds you play add one stamp to your Passport. Twelve stamps fill a page, and a full page releases 6,000 Stamps — the amount is printed on the page before you start.

Does my clearance change the games?

No. Clearance adds a loyalty boost to what you collect in the Mailroom only. Games behave exactly the same for every visitor and member.
