Levels & clearance

Clearance levels, from Ivory to Onyx

Your Bureau ID grows with you. Every round earns experience, every level brings a fixed gift of Stamps, and every few levels your clearance rises. Clearance is never sold and never expires.

Ivory clearance

Levels 1–4

No boost yet

Where every Bureau ID starts. The Mailroom, the Passport and Memos are all open from day one.

Jade clearance

Levels 5–9

+5% Mailroom boost

A 5% loyalty boost on everything you collect in the Mailroom.

Cobalt clearance

Levels 10–19

+10% Mailroom boost

A 10% boost, and your ID card takes on the deep blue of the archive lamps.

Garnet clearance

Levels 20–34

+15% Mailroom boost

A 15% boost on Mailroom rewards and a garnet card.

Onyx clearance

Levels 35+

+20% Mailroom boost

The top clearance: a 20% boost on Mailroom rewards and the black onyx card.

How experience works

Each finished round adds 10 experience points to your ID, whatever the stake. A round at the smallest stake counts exactly the same as one at the largest — there is no advantage in playing bigger, and we would rather you played at a pace you are comfortable with. Bonus spins and bonus drops belong to the round that started them and add no extra experience.

Level 2 needs 100 experience points, and each level after that needs a little more than the last. Every level you reach adds a fixed gift of Stamps to your desk — 200 Stamps per level number, so level 10 brings 2,000. The amount is set in advance and is the same for everyone.

What clearance changes — and what it does not

Clearance adds a loyalty boost to Mailroom rewards: the Dial, Sealed Envelopes, Passport pages and Memos. That is all it does. It never changes the maths of a game, the chance of any symbol or card, or the size of a return. A visitor in demo mode and an Onyx member see the same game.

Stamps, levels and clearance have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged. Playing or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Clearance questions

Can I buy a higher clearance?

No. Clearance comes only from playing and is never for sale. Nothing at Gaming Bureau is.

Does clearance change my chances in games?

No. Every game behaves exactly the same at every clearance. The boost applies only to Mailroom rewards.

Can clearance go down?

No. Levels and clearance never expire, and taking a break does not reset them.
